Wooden waves is a wooden skate park next to the Zoo in Newquay Cornwall. I had a look at this place on my way down to Portreath. I heard it was a fun outdoor wooden ramp complex. There is a massive half pipe, lots of quarters and transfers, one big fun box and two well placed mini ramps. There is also a 6ft spine and a large vertical wall. I could not ride the ramps due to the rain as you will see in the gallery, however it does look fun and worth a visit if your passing. Jim. |
